BOXnTONE is a non-contact class mixing upper body punch combos with lower body kick combos while also bringing in intervals of toning and conditioning. Similar in style to Body Combat we do tracks focussing on punches or punch and kicks. I also break that up by bringing in toning tracks - all standing. It is suitable for all levels and can be kept low impact with an option to add in some high impact. Can also be easily modified regarding the kicking element. Easy to follow moves. Great workout and fantastic stress relief. Suitable for all ages 16+ Builds cardio fitness while also toning upper and lower body.
