The Carrick Activity Centre has a modern fitness suite from Pulse Fitness, including treadmills, rowers, and various resistance equipment, as well as ski erg, assault bike, free weights, dumb bells/kettle bells, rigs and benches. There is also a sports hall for indoor football, badminton, table tennis, circuit training and exercise classes. Please contact the Centre for more details.
The centre can also host children’s birthday parties and has a bouncy castle and other pieces of equipment/soft toys that are suitable for children’s play. Please call for more details.
