Out and About: Ayrshire is an exciting new project based in South Ayrshire.

Open to anyone aged 16 and over. The group aims to offer a space for LGBTIQ+ people to meet and become more active in Ayrshire, improving both physical and mental wellbeing.

Regular sessions are organised which are both outdoor and indoor with activities, some of which you might know (like walking) and some of which you might not!

All sessions are free.
