Troon Tae Kwon-Do are proud members of the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain.

" Tae Kwon-Do is great way to get and keep fit and is also a fantastic activity to do together as a family. This is a modern martial art for fitness, fun, and socialising. Classes are run by Iain Harley, 3rd Dan black belt, who has over 14 years` experience in Tae Kwon-Do.

Classes are suitable for ages 5 upwards, you are never too old to give it a try!
